Regardless of the purpose for which these contents are intended, their total or partial reproduction, use, operation, distribution and commercialisation will require, in any case, the CONTROLLER'S prior written authorisation. The CONTROLLER cannot be held responsible for the information and content stored in the following (by way of non-limiting example): forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to independently publish content on the CONTROLLER'S website. However, in accordance with sections 11 and 16 of the Information Society Services Act, the Controller will make itself available to all users, authorities and security forces and will cooperate actively in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international laws, the rights of third parties or morality and public order. Any user who believes that the website contains content that may fall under this heading is urged to inform the website administrator immediately.

 This website has been checked and tested for correct operation. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of certain programming bugs or causes of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that may make access to the site impossible.

IP addresses

The website servers may automatically identify the IP address and the domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity log file, which allows the data to be subsequently processed for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical measurements of the number of pages viewed, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the point of access, etc.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In the event of any dispute or conflict in the interpretation of the terms that make up the legal texts, as well as any question relating to the services of this website, Spanish law will apply.
